School Website
We will be trying to update the information on our School website, J.L. Jordan Catholic School. You may notice that we are adding items to the site and then sending out links. Hopefully this will allow the website to become a 1 stop shop for all information.
Hallowe’en
Thursday is Orange and Black Day at J.L. Jordan
Please remember that students do not dress up in costumes at school. Classrooms will be doing fun, exciting activities linked to curriculum expectations. Also due to various food allergies we cannot accept class treats sent in by parents. Thank you for understanding.
Toys at School
Students should not be bringing toys to school. These get lost or often traded, stolen or misplaced. We are very fortunate to have a GREAT school yard and there is lots to do. Please leave toys at home.

Tuesday, Oct 29th – Photo Retakes – you must return the barcode card to have retakes.

Thursday, Nov 7
Catholic School Council is sponsoring a Roseneath Theater Performance for Gr 4-6. “Taking Care of Maman” a Play about kindness and compassion, intergenerational friendships and dealing with mental illness in a loved one.
November 7-21, 2nd Annual Dance-a-Thon Fundraiser. Last year we tried this fundraiser and the students LOVED it. Better yet it allowed us to cover the cost of all trips, excursions and special performances for the rest of the year. More info to come in early November!
Thursday, Nov 21 – Parent Teacher Interviews – Sign-up forms will be sent home in early November.
